Refund / Cancelation Policy
ESTIMATES MAY BE CANCELED AND DEPOSITS ARE REFUNDABLE IF THE CUSTOMER CANCELS THE ESTIMATE/ORDER WITHIN 72 HOURS OF PLACING THEIR RESERVATION (MINUS 10% MERCHANT PROCESSING FEE). ALL CANCELLATION REQUESTS MADE FROM 72 HOURS AFTER THE RESERVATION IS PLACED WILL RESULT IN FORFEITURE OF THEIR DOWN PAYMENT. IF PLACING YOUR RESERVATION WITHIN 10 BUSINESS DAYS OF YOUR FIRST AVAILABLE PICKUP DATE, THE DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE FOR SCHEDULING AND ROUTING PURPOSES. ALL NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSITS CAN BE UTILIZED TOWARDS A FUTURE RESERVATION WITHIN A 12 MONTH PERIOD FROM THE DATE OF ORIGINAL RESERVATION. FURTHERMORE, THE CUSTOMER IS NOT ENTITLED TO A REFUND IF THE COMPANY ASSIGNED BY MOVING STORAGE AND LOGISTICS SERVICES (MSL INC.) / Value Added Moving SHOWS UP TO THE CUSTOMERS HOME.

PAYMENTS ARE MADE TO MOVING STORAGE AND LOGISTICS SERVICES INC. DBA VALUE ADDED MOVING

generate a quote for you based on the details of your intended move as well as the availability of licensed motor carriers in Our network.
After you submit your information to us through our website, you will receive a rough estimate by phone and email. However, please be
prepared to go over a detailed inventory of your property to be moved, as a detailed inventory is necessary to receive an accurate quote and
written estimate.
